Well! My buddy Griggs mentioned yesterday that he had ordered a complete hardbound set of Barth's Dogmatics for $99. I knew that T&T Clark had recently released the set in paperback so I figured this was a Christian Book Distributors closeout sale of their original T&T Clark hardbacks. So I jump on over to CBD and what do I find but a Hendrickson Publishers reprint of the old T&T Clark hardbacks. Very nice! And while I didn't buy the set, it does comfort the bibliophile's soul just to know that they're out there and, thanks to Hendrickson, will be out there in a financially accessible edition for many years to come.
Of course, if you'd like your Greek and Hebrew phrases translated along with helpful notes, you can opt for the brand new 31-volume T&T Clark individual-volumed, slip-cased study edition of the Dogmatics. It's only $1,095.
Ok, I didn't think so.
So God bless Hendrickson Publishers. Once again they've made the theological classics affordable. I only wonder if my buddy Griggs realizes that the release date for the Hendrickson edition is November of this year?

Yeah, I noticed this when my CBD catalog arrived in the mail. It blew me away too! What a deal.

Indeed, Davo, indeed! So, Dave, you know, Christmas is coming, and you ARE my big brother, right? And, well, I was just thinking...
