Earlier today Mrs. Richardson and I had the opportunity to see the "Scripture for the Eyes" exhibit at the Michael C. Carlos museum at Emory University in Atlanta. It's a beautiful and insightful display of sixteenth century drawings of biblical scenes. Grouped together under titles like "Exegesis," "Worship," and "Polemics," the illustrations give some interesting insights into the ecclesial, theological, and political mindset of those living in the early days of print.
If you get a chance to get to Atlanta before the exhibit closes on January 24, you won't regret taking the time to see this exhibit.

Sounds like a great place, Wym.
Please tell me that you and Mrs. Richardson visited The Varsity afterwards and enjoyed one of the finest hotdogs known to man!

Dave,
I wish.
I actually did suggest it, but no go. However, we ate Maggiano's Italian instead, so I have no complaints!

This is on my to do list....I think that we are going to have to combo it with the DiVinci Exhibition at the High.
